Fixture

The Heat treatment fixture and tooling are used on variety of heat treatment furnace. Heat treatment tooling can be divided into general tooling and special tooling according to use. The general tooling is suitable for the heat treatment of a large number of workpieces.  Its role is to complete the workpiece into the oven and heating, cooling process clamping, reduce the deformation of the workpiece heat treatment, complete some auxiliary work of heat treatment.  The Special tooling is mainly targeted to the workpiece, combined with furnace type design and production, in order to meet the special loading requirements of the workpiece fixture.  

The products we could provide are including tray (base, material tray), layer frame, material frame, fixed column and special supporting fixture.
