Min Therm Instrument
MinTherm thermo-meter is a newly designed intelligent i nstrument which adopt SOC system and 24-digitΣ/∆ A/D converting technology. The instrument can be used with Pt/Rh (Type S/R/B) and WRe (Type C/D) consumption thermocouples, to measure the molten metal temperature. It also can be used with certain industrial thermocouples, for continuous temperature measuring.
Single use thermocouple
Consumable fast thermocouple (temperature probe) is a temperature sensor designed for measuring the temperature of metal liquids in steelmaking and iron making processes (including electric furnaces, converters, refining furnaces, LF furnaces, oxygen blowing stations, ladles, molten iron bales, tundishes, etc.).
2 in 1 Compound Probe
2 in 1 compound probe is a product to integrate molten steel temperature measurement and sampling collecting process together, supported by temperature measuring lance and secondary instrument, the process of measuring molten steel temperature, collecting sample, and the date for analyzing spectrum and other elements content will be finished in a single operation. The operation is more simple and convenient and the data is more reliable, it is widely used in steel smelting industry.
The product is covered with a refractory fiber protective sleeve to improve the burn resistance, so as to ensure effective testing time (around 10 sec). It is applied to automatic measuring and sampling robots.
Immersion steel sampler
The immersion steel sampler is used for taking samples of molten steel. The sampling probe adopts advanced technology design, which can take samples safely, quickly and directly, and reduce the total sampling and analysis time for the production of clean steel. The sampler is mainly used to quickly take out steel samples for spectral analysis; it has the characteristics of reasonable structure and convenient use. According to whether the deoxidant is added in sampler. Immersion molten steel sampler can be classified as deoxidant kind and without deoxidant kind.
